Texas Gate Agreements
The County of Newell will accept texas gate applications and approve them in accordance with current policy, on developed and undeveloped road allowances.
Before installation, all texas gates are to have prior approval of the County and must be installed as per the terms and conditions of the Texas Gate Agreement. The terms and condition of the agreement remain in full effect for the period of time which the gate is in place. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees Bylaw for any costs associated with this agreement.
