Virtual County Hall (VCH) is an online portal designed for County of Newell customers to conveniently manage their accounts. Through VCH, users can:

• Track account adjustments
• Register for paperless billing

Additionally, VCH enables lawyers to generate tax certificates and conduct tax searches independently, anytime, from any device.
