2023 Tax Sale by Public Auction is set for Thursday, November 16, 2023 starting at 10:00 a.m. As per the Municipal Government Act (Section 418(1) and 436.09(1)), a municipality must offer for sale at a public auction any parcel of land or designated manufactured home shown on its tax arrears list if the tax arrears are not paid. |
To receive serious consideration offers to purchase will need to be at full value or close to the asking price. These properties will remain on the market until sold or other acceptable arrangements have been made regarding their disposition.
