2025 Candidate Registry
In accordance with section 147.221 of the Local Authorities Election Act (LAEA), the Returning Officer will post below the names of all candidates that have submitted Notice of Intent papers and/or Nomination Packages, and the offices for which they are nominated.
In accordance with sections 28(6) and 28(6.1) of the LAEA, any time during the nomination period and up until the conclusion of the applicable term of office, individuals may request to review the filed nomination papers. Such reviews will be conducted during regular business hours in the presence of the Returning Officer, Substitute Returning Officer, or Secretary.
Note: In accordance with section 147.22 of the LAEA, candidate who has not submitted their notice of intent cannot accept a contribution or incur a campaign expense.
