Lake Newell Resort Street Improvement Update

We appreciate your patience and support during this year’s street improvement work. The project is nearly complete, and we hope you enjoy the new upgrades for many years to come!

💚 About the sod: Because it’s late in the season, new sod would not have time to take root before winter. To make sure it grows healthy and strong, sod installation will take place in the spring, as soon as conditions are ideal. Our contractor, Industrial Back Hoes, will return in early spring to complete the work — ensuring lush, lasting green spaces for everyone to enjoy!

🚰 New Valve Boxes: You’ve probably noticed your new valve box! Please help protect it and make sure it remains accessible year-round — it’s important for maintenance and proper system operation.
