2023 Assessment Cycle

Every year, the County of Newell conducts General Property Assessment inspections for all properties located within our boundaries.

The general inspection area for 2023 will be mostly in Electoral Divisions 9 & 7 and small portions of Divisions 8 & 6 with additional inspections throughout the County of Newell as needed.  The purpose of these inspections is to update the Property Assessment Information.

The assessor will be entering yard sites to take updated pictures, measure buildings and will possibly be knocking on your door.

If the Assessor has follow up questions regarding your property, a Request for Property Information form will either be mailed or emailed to the registered owners(s).
