The purpose of the proposed Bylaw is to authorize a loan, sourced from County of Newell unrestricted net assets, to the Fundraising Society of the Rolling Hills School for the construction of an agricultural barn for the Rolling Hills Agricultural Academy program at the Rolling Hills School located at 322 – 4th Street, Rolling Hills, Alberta.
