The purpose of the proposed Bylaw is to authorize a loan, sourced from County of Newell unrestricted net assets, to the Rolling Hills Agricultural Society for the purchase of the structure which houses the Rolling Hills Post Office. which is located at 108 – 3rd Street, Rolling Hills, Alberta.
